Cohorts & Events

Registration for cohorts is limited and may close when capacity is reached.

Refund requests for cohorts must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start date. Refund requests received after that time may not be approved.

Refunds & Shipping

Vibrant Boxes

Vibrant Boxes are carefully curated and assembled specifically for ministry women.

Refund requests may be approved prior to shipment.

Once a Vibrant Box has shipped, refunds are generally not available.

Damaged Shipments

If your box arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of delivery.

We review damaged shipment requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer replacement items, partial replacement, or other solutions when appropriate.

Cohorts

Refund requests for cohort registrations must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the cohort start date.

Refund requests submitted fewer than seven days before the start date may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.

Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, and product availability.
